1) We schedule a free property visit to walk the property. We take note of any systems or areas that would be in need of maintenance or service. We create a property evaluation report for you at no charge outlining the recommended repair and maintenance and the scheduled intervals.

2) We provide this evaluation to you. This evaluation will not only provide our recommendations but also the estimated total to complete the repairs on a yearly basis. We then provide to you a fully customizable service agreement plan and schedule. Along with this we then take the yearly cost and split it up monthly in smaller payments.

3) Your first payment begins the service and your first visit is scheduled. We then plan the estimated service dates for the scheduled repairs and maintenance.

4) After every visit you receive a report with photos of exactly what was done, any notes or potential issues we might see, and recommendations for the future.

5) You get to enjoy your property without the headache of home maintenance.
